| PALS - Patient Advice and Liaison Services |
There are Patient Advice and Liaison Services (PALS) in all NHS trusts.
The aims of PALS are to offer advice and support for patients, families
and friends (with consent), if they have concerns about their health
care. PALS provide patients with information on NHS services, listen to
their concerns and liaise with staff to try and resolve issues quickly.
