LPC Contract Monitoring Support
LPC support is available during PCT contract monitoring for any contractors who would like it, before or after the visit or both. In addition, an LPC representative will be present at your monitoring visit if you require it. Once you know your monitoring visit date you must contact the LPC as soon as possible if you wish to have a representative there, in order to ensure availability of an LPC member.

Contract Monitoring in Cambridgeshire 
Cambridgeshire contractors will have received a latest letter from the PCT on the contract monitoring process (January 2008). The PCT will be contacting contractors in early 2008 to arrange monitoring visits. The Cambridgeshire PCT Pharmacy Team will be evaluating compliance with the contract using the Community Pharmacy Assurance Framework.  Queries on the arrangements should be directed to the Pharmacist Team Managers at Cambs PCT.
